Maintenance Technician / Plumber

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / PLUMBER

EVENING POSITION - 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Starting Date:  8/1/2026

 Job Description Qualifications:

1. Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Have a minimum of three years of experience in plumbing work; experience in a school district is preferred.  
3. Knowledge and repair capabilities of minor electrical and HVAC systems preferred.  
4. Have basic proficiency in computer skills needed to support responsibilities of position, including but not limited to email, work orders, and material ordering information.
5. Install, repair, and/or maintain gas, water, and waste disposal pipes.
6. Troubleshoot malfunctions and make emergency and permanent repairs to facility infrastructure.
7. Keep accurate records.
8. Perform any duties and responsibilities that are within the scope of employment, as assigned by the Supervisor of Buildings, Grounds, and Operations.  
9. Criminal History / Background Check

Salary Range - $50,550 - $61,300
