The Merchantville School District, located in Camden County, New Jersey, is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions. The district is committed to the students of Merchantville and ensuring their success in the 21st century.  Merchantville School seeks to create a work environment that mirrors the diversity of the community. • Extended School Year Summer 2024: 1 Certified Teacher
• Dates: July 1, 2024- August 1, 2024 (Monday to Thursday)
• Student Hours: 9:00-11:30
• Teacher Hours: 8:45 -11:45 (3 hours per day)
• Certified Special Education Teacher at MEA contracted rate ($43 per hour)

• Summer Knights: Learning Acceleration Program  - Certified Teachers
• July 1, 2024- August 1, 2024 (Monday to Thursday)
  • 1 Teacher per grade level grades 1 – 4 = Phonics/ELA, Math, Stem. 
  • Certified teacher for Algebra prep course (in-person or virtual) 
  • 2 days a week for 2 hours with students and 2.5 hours for the teacher
  • Student Hours 1:00 – 3:00 
• Teacher Hours 12:45 – 3:15 (2.5 hours a day) 
• Certified teacher for each grade level 
• Music Program - Summer 2024: 1 Certified Teacher
  • Dates:  Aug 19 - Aug 29 (Monday to Thursday: 8 days)
  • Hours:  9:00 - 12:00
  • Instrumental Lessons
