Music Teacher

Full time, 10 month, position available with benefits

Description:

• Special education, Alternative, and Theraputic settings for grades K-12+.

• Administer core curriculum consistent with school district goals and objectives

• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials; translate lesson plans into learning experiences, challenge students, and best utilize the available time for instruction

Requirements:

• New Jersey Endorsement as a Teacher of Music Required  

• New Jersey Endorsement as a Teacher of Students with Disabilities OR Teacher of the Handicapped preferred but not required

Experience or knowledge in any of the following preferred:

• Special Education

• Behavior Management
