The Mahwah Township Public School District is seeking a dynamic Elementary School Principal to provide leadership, vision, and managerial oversight to the instructional program and school operations while ensuring a school climate that fosters the educational development of each pupil, as well as the enhancement of the school program as a whole.

Qualifications include:

• NJ Principal Certificate Required
• Provide the vision and leadership to promote high academic achievement
• Analyze multiple data sources to inform instructional decisions
• Utilize evaluation to advance professional excellence
• Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Encourage family involvement
• Principal and elementary teaching experience preferred
