Staff Needed: One (1) Teacher of English Language Arts

Qualifications:

Candidates must hold appropriate New Jersey instructional certification in English Language Arts.
Candidates should demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning.
Experience working with adolescents is preferred.
Experience implementing arts integration pedagogy is preferred.
Experience implementing culturally relevant pedagogy is also preferred
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and all other school stakeholders is essential.
A cooperative spirit and willingness to collaborate with all school stakeholders is required.
Candidates should possess excellent integrity and demonstrate solid moral character and initiative.
Strong technology skills are also expected.

Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
