Description
POSITION: ELECTRICIAN - DISTRICT-WIDE - 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Anticipated Opening
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assumes primary responsibility for the safe conditions and repairs of lighting fixtures,
electrical apparatus, fixtures, wiring and similar electric equipment in facilities owned
and operated by the District. Recommends/maintains inventory of tools, equipment and
supplies. Work in other trades when required in emergencies and able to plow snow or
be trained.
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. State of New Jersey Electrical License.
2. Demonstrate aptitude and competence for assigned responsibilities with in this area.
3. High School Diploma.
4. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
5. Must have a valid New Jersey Drivers License and have the ability to obtain a CDL Class A License.
6. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
7. Must be a resident of the State of New Jersey
PAY SCALE: As per agreement between the West Milford Education and the West Milford Custodial and Maintenance Association.
