QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Good physical condition.
2. Dependable and conscientious
3. Must be able to read and write English.
4. Knowledge of current housekeeping techniques.
5. Strong supervisory ability – necessary.
6. New Jersey Fireman's License (Boiler License) required or acquire within first year of employement.
7. New Jersey residency required within one (1) year from date of hire.
