Kindergarten School Principal

Job Summary:
This position is for a Principal at Washington  Elementary School for the 2023/2024 school year.
 
Qualifications:
  • NJ Principal Certificate or eligibility required.
  • Early Childhood Experience 4 yrs or more 
  • Demonstrates strong leadership in areas of instruction, assessment, supervision, curriculum, evaluation, and budgeting.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and the school community.
  • Strong knowledge of NJ standards 
  • Previous experience as an Administrator preferred.
  • Experinece with  Social Emotional Learning and Initiatives
  • Working knowledge of Restorative Practices 
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and promote a safe and secure learning environment.
