POSITION: Special Education Teacher – Preschool Students with Disabilities

The Berlin Township School District, located in Camden County, New Jersey, is seeking qualified candidates for an anticipated full time Special Education Teacher position for a Preschool Students with Disabilities classroom.  The district is committed to excellence in education through a strong belief that each and every student can learn at high levels.  The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• NJ Special Education and P-3 certification (or documented eligible for the same)
• Knowledge of the NJ State Standards
• Experience developing and working with behavior plans, positive behavior supports, data collection and data analysis preferred
• Ability to work in a collaborative setting
• Ability to differentiate instruction
• Understanding of a wide range of multiple disabilities
• Practical knowledge of current educational practices
• Demonstrate a strong love of children
