Physical Therapist - Full Time

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Hybrid Physical Therapist/Administrative Assistant near Clementon, New Jersey. This role requires a unique combination of clinical expertise in physical therapy and administrative skills to support the smooth operation of our company. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for patient care, exceptional organizational abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric)

• Hybrid: 3 days in person to complete treatment at school, 2 days fully remote to complete administrative duties
• Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm
• Excellent Compensation/Compensation for the full school day, including prep time, note time, and lunch.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

• Providing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments for students referred for services
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities
• Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.

Administrative Duties:

• Provide administrative support to the staffing team including data entry, file management, and correspondence handling
• Efficiently manage daily administrative operations utilizing advanced proficiency in Google Spreadsheets, Excel, and other Microsoft applications to streamline processes
• Create, manage, and optimize social media content to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across various platforms.

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist License
• NJ School Certification
