NJ Principal Certificate - Standard/CEAS
Three (3) years of minimum experience in teaching, curriculum development and school administration experience
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make school change
Strong communicator - written and verbal
Able to structure, plan and deliver professional development
Forward-thinking, collaborative, open-minded, reflective and organized
Approach daily work through the lens of social justice, equity, and achievement for all students
Up-to-date with current educational research and pedagogy
Knowledge of NJSLS standards
