District Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Springfield Public Schools is looking for a dedicated District Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by designing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention programs, supporting students and families, and collaborating with the educational team.

Qualifications:

• Valid NJ Instructional or Educational Services certificate required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience working with students with autism, developmental disorders, and multiple disabilities required.
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
• Salary Range as per the SEA Contract: $62,000 - $90,000
