Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Valid teaching certification/license with ESL endorsement or specialization.
Experience working with diverse populations, particularly English language learners.
Demonstrated understanding of second language acquisition theories and best practices in ESL instruction.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Ability to adapt instruction to meet the individual needs of ESL students.
Knowledge of language proficiency assessments and data-driven instructional practices.
Proficiency in a second language is highly desired but not required.
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development in the field of ESL education.
