Strong organizational skills
Understanding of curriculum development, differentiation of instruction, use of formative and summative assessment data to drive instruction and effective use of technology in a blended classroom
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively electronically, orally, and in writing
Ability to work effectively with adult learners modeling excellent interpersonal skills for working with teachers, administration, and staff
Ability to provide professional development to groups of teachers and administrators
Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, publishing, effective use of learning management systems and Google applications
Reliability, responsibility, independence, self-motivation, ability to maintain one’s own schedule and calendar
