1. Valid New Jersey Principal Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility.
2. Experienced Secondary School Principal preferred.
3. Assume responsibility for the logistics associated with effectively operating the secondary school.
4. Demonstrated leadership capability.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
