Job Summary:
This position is for Maintenance Personnel for the district Facilities Department for the 2024/2025 school year.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must possess a black seal or the ability to obtain the black seal within six months
Must have the ability to read write and communicate effectively
Knowledge of plant operation, maintenance, cleaning methods/procedures; heating and ventilation; proper handling of hazardous materials
Must have knowledge and ability to do grounds work (i.e. grass cutting, lawn maintenance)?
Must have ability to do minor electrical, plumbing and HVAC repairs
Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. Citizenship or legal resident alien status
Exhibits a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills that relate well with students and staff
