Special Education Extended School Year (ESY)
Monday – Thursday - 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
June 24–July 25, 2024 (No classes July 4th)
19-Day Program

ABA Therapist ESY PreK-12 TBD within ESY Program $37.00  10 Hours


QUALIFICATIONS:                 
  1. Must have valid NJDOE Certification for all positions except for position of SE Classroom Aide:
    1. NJDOE Instructional Certification with NJDOE Special Education Certification, or
    2. NJDOE Educational Services Personnel Certification.
  2. Must be available for all program dates and times.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of effective teaching methods.
  4. Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Knowledge of laws and regulations governing special education and demonstrated ability to effectively provide certificated services.
  7. Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status.

 
REPORTS TO:                          Director of Student Personnel Services/Supervisor of Special Services 
 
TERMS OF
EMPLOYMENT:                        Hourly rates per terms of collective bargaining agreement (pending completion of negotiations).
