Individual Student Nurse (Part Time)

Bloomingdale Public Schools has an immediate need for a part-time individual student nurse (20 hours per week). Hours are usually in the morning from about 8:00-12:00 pm. Position is focused to serve a student with an Individualized Education Plan.  Student is part of a work study high school program that will have parts at the high school and within the community. 

Available for additional hours and summer work, as needed. 

Qualifications: 

• LPN or RN qualifications required. 
• Comfort working with a 20 year old student who uses a wheelchair
• Maintain open lines of communication with parents, school staff and administration
• Flexible and willing to work with job coaches, program coordinates and teachers.

Salary:

$35-40 per hour depending on qualifications.
