2026–2027 School Year | Newark Charter & Public Schools

Sensory Garden Occupational Therapy is seeking passionate, skilled Occupational Therapists (OTRs)

and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our dynamic, therapist-led team for the

upcoming school year.

Compensation:

OTRs: $75–$90 per hour

COTAs: $50–$65 per hour

(Rates commensurate with experience and availability)

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey OT or COTA license
• NJDOE School Certification required for OTRs
• School-based pediatric experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
