Demonstrates knowledge of best instructional practices and research based intervention practices delivered in a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS)
Exhibits strong data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven instructional decisions.
Demonstrates strong content and pedagogical knowledge in reading, including the Science of Reading and Multisensory Reading Instruction.
Ability to provide high-quality, rigorous instruction in small groups and take weekly data on student progress.
