Description

Part-Time, 12 month position

  • $25.00/hour
  • 20-25 hours per week

Responsibilities include:

  • Process purchase orders
  • Process vendor invoices
  • Analyze open purchase orders and unpaid invoices
  • Process and maintain vendor required documents
  • Process required reports for board meetings and upon request

Requirements:

  • High School diploma
  • Accounts payable experience preferred
  • School business office experience preferred
  • Experience with Computer Solutions, Inc. (CSI) preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and Google Docs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
