Job Goals

To collaborate with the elementary principals and instructional coaches
To conduct observations and evaluations of teaching staff members at all 5 elementary schools
To supervise curriculum and instruction for Elementary education
To evaluate program effectiveness and develop recommendations for improvement of the instructional program in ELA, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies
To evaluate student data and develop criteria for the gifted and talented and basic skills programs

Qualifications

A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
Appropriate New Jersey Supervisor Certification
A minimum of five years of successful teaching experience
Strong background in research based best practices for elementary literacy and mathematics development
