ANNOUNCEMENT:  POSITION OPENING  

The Board of Education is seeking applications for the 2026-2027 school year for the following position:

TEACHER ASSISTANT (MULTIPLE DISABILITIES)
(10 Months – Non-certificated)
BLESHMAN REGIONAL DAY SCHOOL

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma.
2. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Demonstrated ability to work with or experience working with children with disabilities-preferred, not required.
4. Demonstrated enthusiasm for supporting the needs of students with significant educational disabilities.
5. Must be able to perform physical work, which requires frequent bending and lifting. Independently lift/carry up to 25 lbs., more than 25 lbs. with assistance.
6. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
7. New Jersey residence within one (1) year from date of hire.

Compensation Rate/Range: $32,935-$46,685
