- Teachers (Special Education, TOD, and related instructional roles)
- Speech Therapist
- Paraprofessionals / Instructional Aides
- Behavior Technicians (BTs) – clinic-based roles with training provided

Compensation:
(All ranges based on experience, education, background, and certification)
- Teachers: $61,000 – $80,000 annually
- Speech Therapist: $67,000 - $92,000 annually
- Paraprofessionals: $19.50-$22.00/hour
- Behavior Technicians (BTs): $21.00 – $26.00/hour

Who We’re Looking For:
- Individuals with experience in education, behavioral health, or working with children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
- For BT roles: willingness to learn and be trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
