Human Resources 12- Month Secretary

Open Position Available May 1st 2024

    • High School Diploma or G.E.D required
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of secretarial exp. required
    • Experienced in human resources, preferred school district setting
    • Excellent phone etiquette and positive interpersonal relationships are required
    • Strong analytical, communication, and human relations skills
    • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
    • Ability to understand the need to be confidential when dealing with personnel matters
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with the ability to develop spreadsheets, professional letters, and memos
    • Experienced in reconciling invoices and the ability to process purchase orders from vendor contact to purchase order input to receipt and distribution
    • Ability to work in a high-demanding and fast-paced setting
    • Experienced scheduling interviews, job fairs, posting vacant positions, reference check, and sending out announcements
    • Experienced with processing substitute teacher credentials
    • Maintain the Human Resource Department files and individual personnel files.
    • Respond to employment verification requests.
    • Ability or experience in reporting state reports and staff reports
    • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources
