Description
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and valid New Jersey driver’s license.
Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal alien status.
Evidence of good moral character.
Experience in law enforcement or as a security officer a plus.
Ability to provide a positive role model for pupils.
Successful completion of a physical capacity test tailored to the physical demands of the position.
Knowledge of security measures, fire prevention, crisis management, and crowd control.
Such other qualifications of academic, professional and personal excellence as the South Brunswick Board of Education may specify.
 Ability to maintain order and to work with groups and individuals on matters of security and crisis management.
