Preschool Instructional Coach

REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree
• Certification that includes ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
  • Bilingual/ESL;
  • Student with disabilities;
  • Graduate Degree in Supervision and/or leadership
• Preschool thru Grade Three Standard Instructional certificate or equivalent Preschool Certificate set forth by NJAC 6A:9B
• Three to five years experience of teaching in preschool program
• Experience in implementing developmentally appropriate preschool curriculum                       

PREFERRED

• Experience with a range of early childhood assessments including performance-based preschool assessments
• Experience implementing and supporting teachers using Creative Curriculum and GOLD
