The Paraprofessional is responsible for working with students and staff in duties related to improving and maintaining an educational environment conducive to learning; the paraprofessional also works under the direction of the classroom teacher.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 60 college credits or pass Parapro Assessment (score 456 or higher)
Must pass criminal history background check
Must have recent Tuberculosis screening

Preferred:

College Degree
Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) training
CPI Certified / CPR Certified
Experience in classroom setting
Experience in special education and with students with disabilities

Pay Rate: $23.72 - $24.78/hour

Work Hours: Up to 29 hours per week
