Qualifications/Requirements
·         English or Middle School ELA endorsement is required. Multiple certifications preferred.
·         Strong background in Student Learning Standards and student-centered learning
·         Familiarity with the use of technology, differentiated instruction, connecting ELA to other disciplines, and creating healthy community connections
·         Knowledge of effective non-traditional instructional strategies
·         Excellent written and oral communication skills, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with colleagues both inside and outside of own discipline
