The Position:
The Schroth and Lehmann Schools are a state approved private school for students with developmental and multiple physical disabilities located in Ocean Township and Lakewood NJ. There is an opening for a Full-Time Speech Therapist for a leave replacement. The position requires the Speech Therapist to provide Speech and Language therapy services in a school setting as mandated by Individualized Educational Plans of the students. The Speech Therapist shall work collaboratively with the transdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include providing services for mastery of goals and objectives per the IEP, participate in IEP meetings, and evaluating student goals and objectives. Candidates should be well versed in SEMI documentation and serving students with multiple disabilities.
Requirements:
NJ Speech Language Pathologist license & CCC
Applicants should be flexible, self-motivated and have a strong desire to be part of a transdisciplinary team.
