Restorative Program Assistant (2 Positions - MS and HS)

Title: Restorative Program Assistant
Term: 10-Month Position 

Qualifications:

1. Associate's  Degree or equivalent credits required
2. Demonstrated ability to work with students with behavioral/academic/social/motivational challenges
3. Knowledge of strategies to implement and manage Restoration Practice 

Job Goal:  To assist students experiencing academic, behavioral, motivational challenges through structured support to increase their capacity to more fully benefit from their educational experience. 

Responsibilities Include:

1. Monitor students assigned to ISS to ensure that students receive assignments from teachers.  Assignments are reviewed and monitored for completion.
2. ?Support students in completing restorative and reflective assignments based on infractions.
3. Consult and collaborate with building administration, teachers, school counselors as well as related service staff to ensure appropriate support is provided. 
4. Meet with identified students to review progress towards individual goals.
5. Assisting students in achieving academic success
6. Follow and implement Behavior Intervention Plans 
7. Any and all other duties as may be assigned per the building principal
