SCHOOL SECURITY OFFICERS - $18/Hour
– PART-TIME GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP & PENNSAUKEN CAMPUSES
Requirements:
1. Twenty-five (25) or more years of documented experience as a Federal, State, County,
or Municipal Law Enforcement, Sheriff and/or Corrections Officer.
2. Valid New Jersey Driver’s License.
3. Experience responding to emergencies, providing security, public safety, and other demonstrated
aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities.
4. Ability to effectively communicate with the school community, especially high school students,
regarding matters of public safety and security.
5. Meets the health qualifications required of all personnel.
6. Successfully undergo a criminal history check and proof of citizenship or legal resident alien status.
7. Meets NJ residency requirements or willingness to relocate to NJ within 365 days of employment.
8. Must follow the guidelines of the Camden County Technical Schools’ Nepotism Policy, File Code: 0142.1.
$22/hour
Interviews are at the discretion of the superintendent and/or designee and based on qualifications for the position.
