DATE POSITION WILL BE VACANT: August 21, 2023

SALARY: As per the contract between the Board of Education and the Phillipsburg Education Association
JOB DESCRIPTION: Teacher of STEM (middle school)
QUALIFICATIONS, MANDATORY:
1. New Jersey Certification in Technology Education and/or Engineering Technology
2. Competence in NJ Student Learning Standards
3. Ability to individualize instruction
4. Strong management and organizational skills
5. Willingness to work collaboratively
6. Required criminal history background check
QUALIFICATIONS, DESIRED:
The applicant should be knowledgeable about the following:
1. Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively with parents and professionals
2. Understands the use and programming of assistive and educational technology
3. Differentiated instruction
