General Health Science CTE Teacher

Career and Technical Education General Health Science #4200 Certification Required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid New Jersey Career & Technical Education Certificate (CE, CEAS, Provisional, or Standard) with General Health Science Endorsement (4200); 
• Demonstrated knowledge of NJ Student Learning Standards in subject specialty and effective teaching methods;
• Ability to conduct/facilitate inquiry-based laboratory investigations;
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment; 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

REPORTS TO: Principal

SALARY: As per salary guide

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 10-month position
