What will you be doing?

We are seeking an innovative and dynamic individual to lead our school as Principal. As Principal, you will be accountable for driving scholar achievement, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring the professional growth of our staff. You will lead with vision, empathy, and accountability, ensuring that our school community thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.

What tasks are required?

  • Develop and communicate a vision aligned with district goals, fostering collaboration.
  • Lead strategic planning for academic success and positive school culture.
  • Support staff, students, and stakeholders, addressing challenges constructively.
  • Utilize data for decision-making and curriculum alignment.
  • Prioritize investments within resource constraints.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, building trust and partnerships.
  • Support teacher development and ensure curriculum alignment with standards.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning.
  • Advocate for equity, diversity, and inclusion, overseeing staff and student support.
  • Consulted on curriculum, school culture, special services, recruitment, and retention.

What do we need from you?

  • Principal certification or eligibility within two months.
  • 5+ years teaching/coaching with high scholar achievement.
  • 2+ years leading and managing adults.
  • Resourceful with excellent relationship-building skills.
