Interim Assistant Superintendent 


Description: Fort Lee Public Schools is seeking an Interim Assistant Superintendent

Qualifications:

  • Valid NJ School Administrator Certification
  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of five (5) years of administration or supervisory experience
  • Prior building administrative experience strongly preferred, including secondary experience
  • Ability to work effectively in the areas of school administration, supervision of programs and staff, and K-12 curriculum
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Meet such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable

Working Conditions:  12 month, full time position, plus benefits

Salary Range: Between $750.00 to $950.00 per diem, commensurate with experience; no benefits

Position Start Date: July 1, 2026
