High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid New Jersey driver’s license
One to three years of experience involving the inspection, cleaning and maintenance of furniture, fixtures, offices and buildings
Management experience
Low pressure black seal boiler license
Possess basic computer knowledge
Ability to work independently
Ability to lift 75 pounds at least 20% of the time, bend, lift, squat, crawl, perform repetitive motions, climb stairs and ladders, work at heights, shovel, work in elements, stand for long periods of time
Ability to schedule work and adhere to deadlines
