Description RESPONSIBILITIES: Plans and manages daily operations related to the maintenance and repair of the district’s buildings and other facilities. Lead person in coordinating with district’s thirds party provider of custodial, maintenance and grounds services. Responsible for the ongoing oversight of the district’s major infrastructure, mechanical and electrical systems with the objective of insuring a healthy and safe environment. Duties include but are not limited to iensuring compliance with all related state and local laws and regulations. Experience with managing capital maintenance projects as well as the development and implementation of related long-term plans and budgets preferred. A four-year degree in engineering is required.
