Description

Green Brook Township Public Schools is seeking a full-time 12-month secretary to support the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary.

The candidate must have strong organization and communication skills, and be able to work professionally with district staff, school staff, and the public.

Experience working within a school office environment is highly-desired.

Responsibilities include advertisement of Board meetings, preparation of the Board agenda, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, maintaining an annual reporting calendar, coordinating facilities use applications, scheduling events, receiving Board correspondence, routine office duties, file/record maintenance, and assisting other Business Office personnel as needed.
