NOTICE OF ANTICIPATED VACANCIES

Please be advised that the following anticipated positions are available for the 2026-2027 school year, effective on or about 9/1/2026.

         Part Time (0.5) World Language Teachers Grades 7-12

• American Sign Language
• Italian
• French       

Applicant must hold and/or possess the following:       

• Valid New Jersey Certificate for:

1. American Sign Language (1505) (Required).
2. Middle School Subject Matter Specialization in World Language/American Sign Language (1105) (Preferred but not required).
3. World Language- Italian (1530) (Required).
4. Middle School Subject Matter Specialization in World Language/Italian (1130) (Preferred but not required).
5. World Language - French (1510) (Required).
6. Middle School Subject Matter Specialization in World Language/French (1110) (Preferred but not required).

• Must be approved by the NJ State Criminal History Review Unit according to N.J.S.A.18A:6-7.1 et seq., N.J.S.A.18A:39-17 et seq., N.J.S.A. 18A:6-4.13 et seq., and N.J.S.A. 18A:12-1.
• Such alternatives or additions to the above qualifications are allowable as the Board of Education and Superintendent find appropriate and acceptable.

These are part-time (0.5 FTE) positions with a strong possibility to become full-time positions, (1.0 FTE), 5 days a week. Starting salary and health benefits pursuant to the HHREA Collective Bargaining Agreement, from $68,965.00 to 89,215.00 per year, pending experience teaching in the State of NJ.
