1. New Jersey supervisor or principal certificate required.

2. Passion for special education and student services.

3. Certification & experience in a special education area.
4. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
5. Strong knowledge of special education law, policy and practices.
6. Experience as a member of a child study team.

7. Experience with preschool disabled programs preferred.
