Perform responsibilities with accuracy, efficiency and professionalism at ALL times.
5+ years of experience as a Computer Technician in a large environment.
Strong working knowledge of Current Versions of Windows OS, Mac OS & iOS, Microsoft Office & 365 and Google Apps for Education. Certification(s) preferred.
Advanced PC & MAC hardware and software troubleshooting skills are a must.
Familiarity with the public-school system and custom software is a plus.
High School diploma required. Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or other technical school degree preferred.
Cisco Network certification(s) or similar required. Security specific certifications are a plus.
Scripting and programming skills are a plus. E.g., HTML5 or PowerShell
Server and Active Directory certifications preferred.
