Speech Language Pathologist

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team near Elizabeth, NJ, for a full-time school-based position!

Position Details

Setting: School-Based Pediatric Services
Placement: Exclusive school assignment (no travel required)
Pay: $55–$70 per hour
Includes compensation for the full school day—prep time, documentation, and lunch included.
CFs receive direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide therapy sessions to support communication and language development
• Track student progress and adjust goals and treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
