Collier Youth services is a fully accredited non-profit, private school, that services High School and Middle School students. Through quality education, specialized instruction and therapeutic support, students come to experience themselves as caring, talented and high achieving individuals. We provide students with individual and group counseling. We are seeking a Social Worker for our Middle School program. Would be responsible for case management, participation in IEP and other meetings. Must be able to facilitate support groups and link students and their families with community resources, as needed. Attend staff meetings, parent teacher conferences, back to school night and other school events/functions. Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to assist with the social-emotional and behavioral needs of the student. Experience working with at risk youth is essential. Must have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and be a team player. Must hold a LCSW and have a School Social Worker Certification.
