Anticipated Opening - Administrative Assistant and Secretary to Superintendent/Principal

Effective date – on or about September 15, 2022

  • Minimum of high school diploma required
  • 12-month position
  • Experience as a school secretary or in a similar position preferred; expertise in efficient school office operations
  • Ability to relate to the public, parents, as well as children, in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Demonstrates proficiency and professionalism in oral and written communication, organizational and clerical skills
  • Effective use of computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Platforms and Quicken
  • Knowledge of Genesis Student Management and accurate entry/maintenance of student and staff data
  • Knowledge of NJ SMART a plus
  • Maintains strict confidentially at all times
  • Ability to speak multiple languages preferred; Spanish proficiency highly desired
  • Participates in staff development opportunities in accordance with State guidelines, new systems, and resources to enhance job related skills
