Position Title: Interim Chief School Administrator/Principal (updated 4/30/26)

Location: Tewksbury Township, New Jersey
Start Date: July 1, 2026

Term: Interim  

Salary:  $750 per diem

The Tewksbury Township School District, a Pre-K through 8 district in Hunterdon County, NJ, consisting of two schools, is seeking applicants for the position of Interim Chief School Administrator/Principal. 

Responsibilities:

• Leadership in instruction, finance, human resources, and facilities
• Support and guide district administrators and principals in maintaining strong instructional programs
• Oversee budget management, financial planning, referendum facility projects
• Maintain transparent and proactive communication with the Board, staff, and community

Qualifications:

• NJ School Administrator Certification
• NJ Principal Certification
• Prior Experience as a Superintendent
