Paraprofessional Aide

TERMS:

• 10-Month Position
• Part-Time/29.75 hours per week
• Support for Students with Disabilities
• Pay as per the Districtc Aide hourly rate guide

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or its equivalent
• Ability to work as part of a team while exercising sound judgment and professionalism.
• Assist students in accessing the curriculum, following classroom routines, and achieving educational goals as directed by the teacher.
• Ability to provide consistent support while addressing the individual needs of students.
• Commitment to supporting student growth, independence, and inclusion.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Criminal history background check required.
• NJ residence required within one (1) year from date of hire required.
