Executive Administrative Assistant to the Business Administrator/Board Secretary (Shared)




Burlington County Institute of Technology and Burlington County Special Services is seeking a qualified candidate for a full time position in our Business Office.The Executive Administrative Assistant shall have at least three years of experience in an executive support position to senior management, preferably in a business or school setting.  A minimum of a 4-year college degree is required.  The Assistant shall possess particular experience in office systems management, including: Google and Microsoft Office Suites; coordination of executive communications; schedule, records and project management; data analysis; problem solving; and document proofing.  State of the art computer skills, excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to work with diverse groups of people will also be required.  The successful candidate must be highly organized, multitasking, and have the ability to handle difficult or sensitive issues appropriately with a high level of independent judgement, professionalism, and confidentiality.   An understanding of educational language and procedures of the Board of Education is essential. The Assistant shall possess other qualities of academic, professional, and personal experience that the Business Administrator/Board Secretary may specify. Proficiency in basic office procedures and operation of office equipment. Must have ability to multi-task and take direction well yet still be self motivated.  Previous public school experience preferred.
