Substitute Teacher

Job Summary:
An interview is required upon completion of this application.

If you are recommended as a result of the interview, the following additional steps will be required:

• Completion of a criminal history background check
• Presentation of  a New Jersey teaching certification or a valid  substitute credential
• Substitute credential can be obtained through the Human Resources Office
• Completion of a physical which includes a mantoux test
• Once all steps have been completed the candidate will be recommended to the board of education for approval.  Upon approval the candidate will be notified through the email address provided in the application.  The candidate will be provided with an AESOP user name and password at that time and will be required to log into the system
