Position Summaries:  Coaches for high performing, competitive athletic teams at Ridgewood High School in the following sports:

Baseball:

Golf (Girls):

Lacrosse (Boys): 
Head Coach (1) - Assistant Coaches (3)
Lacrosse (Girls):
Head Coach (1) - Assistant Coaches (3)
Softball: 
Head Coach (1) -  Assistant Coaches (2)
Spring Track (Boys): 
Head Coach (1) - Assistant Coaches (2)
Spring Track (Girls):
Head Coach (1) - Assistant Coaches (3)
Tennis (Boys): 
Head Coach (1) - Assistant Coaches (2)
Spring Site Supervisors (2)  

Qualifications:

• NJ Teaching Certification or Substitute Teacher Certification
• Previous experience playing applicable sport at the high school and/or college level
• Must have past coaching experience
• Prior head coaching experience is preferred for head coach positions
• Well versed in high school athletics rules and regulations for the applicable sport
• Ability to develop appropriate training and practice plans for individual student and team achievement
• Must have knowledge of proper in-season conditioning programs
• Ability to mentor players during play
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative coaching team and take or give direction as appropriate to your selected role

Working Conditions: Salary as per negotiated contractual stipends.
